Product Design & Strategy Services
Product design that bridges business goals with user needs.
Most product decisions that go wrong don't fail because of bad execution — they fail because the wrong thing got built well. Product strategy is the layer that sits before design and engineering, making sure the roadmap reflects what users actually need and what the business can actually sustain, not just what's loudest in the last stakeholder meeting.
What's included
- Product roadmapping
- Jobs-to-be-done framework for feature prioritization
- Competitive analysis
- Rapid prototyping
- Usability testing with target users
How we approach product strategy
We use a jobs-to-be-done lens rather than a feature wishlist: what is the user actually trying to accomplish, and what's the smallest thing we can build and test that accomplishes it. Competitive analysis isn't a slide deck exercise — it directly informs what to deliberately not build, which is usually more valuable than the list of what to build. Every strategy engagement ends in a testable prototype, not just a roadmap document that nobody revisits.
Who this is for
Founders defining an MVP who need to cut scope with confidence instead of guessing, product teams debating a rebrand or redesign who need outside perspective, and B2B SaaS teams whose roadmap has become a backlog of every customer request rather than a coherent strategy.
Common questions
Is this the same as UI/UX design?
It's the layer before it — strategy and prioritization first, then our UI/UX Design service handles the interface itself. Many engagements combine both, but they're scoped separately because strategy work is often needed even when the interface itself doesn't need to change.
Do you help decide what NOT to build?
That's usually the most valuable part of the engagement — a clear, defensible list of what's deliberately out of scope for v1 is often worth more than the feature list itself.
What does the final deliverable look like?
A prioritized roadmap, competitive analysis, and a clickable prototype validated with real target users — not just a strategy document.
